5 out of 5 starsThe magnet is amazing! So, I admit my brain had a spot on the door for this, and when I actually looked at the door, I realized my brain didn't have the correct vision in mind. That said, I found an even better spot on the front door, one where it will be harder to ignore, and it looks fantastic! Thank you so, so much for an awesome product!

Frequently asked questions
Can you guarantee delivery by a certain date? How will my item be shipped?
Most orders ship next business day, but I cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date since it depends on USPS.
Most orders are sent via USPS First Class letter labels provided by Etsy. These labels do NOT have USPS tracking numbers; the numbers are generated by Pitney Bowes. These envelopes are only scanned by automated sort machines. Any updates can be found in your Etsy order information. It's common for these labels to say "pre-transit" even though USPS has the envelope. This is especially true for some magnet orders that are non-machinable. Delivery updates are also an estimate; it's common for the order to be delivered days after the delivery update. Please contact me with any questions or concerns about your order.
Can I cancel my order? Can I exchange my item?
If you have any issues after placing your order, please send me a message. Exchanges are only available by canceling the original order and placing a new order. No cancellations are possible after the order has been marked as shipped.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If a product is damaged during shipment, please contact me as soon as possible in order for a replacement to be sent. Please save the package in case I need photos of the item(s) and packaging to provide to USPS. Refunds will not be provided for damage claims, only replacements.
What if my item is lost in the mail?
If tracking information shows that an item has been lost in transit by USPS, you may be eligible for a replacement. Please send me a message so I can look into the matter for you. Refunds are not available for orders which have been lost by USPS, only replacements.
What if my tracking says the package was delivered but I haven't received it?
If tracking shows the package was delivered but you haven't received it, please wait a few days to see if it is delivered to you at a later date. Sometimes USPS or Pitney Bowes will mark a package delivered but it won't actually be delivered to the addressee until a few days later. If the package doesn't show up after a few days, please send me a message. Refunds are not available for orders marked delivered, but a replacement may be provided once per order.
It may be necessary for you to pay for tracked shipping to receive a replacement for orders marked delivered.
What if I want to return my item?
Choice returns are only given on a case-by-case basis subject to seller approval and in compliance with Etsy policies and US consumer law. The product must be returned at the buyer’s expense and received by the seller in its original, unused condition before a refund can be processed. There is no restocking fee. Due to the personalized nature of the products, custom items cannot be returned for a refund.
What if I put the wrong address on the order or I need to change the address?
If the order hasn't shipped yet, it can be cancelled and reordered with the correct address. However, if the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You'll need to make a new order with the correct address.
What if there is a mistake on personalization?
If I have made a mistake on your personalization, I will provide a replacement with the correct personalization free of charge. If you've entered the wrong spelling or details for personalization in your order, you will need to repurchase the item with the correct personalization.
